Getting to & Navigating the Venue
Learn how to access and navigate the UNBOUND venue, including entrances, transportation options, elevators, and event maps.
Q: Where is the event located? Is there a separate entrance for attendees with accessibility needs?
A: UNBOUND takes place at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC) [formerly known as the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC)] located at 415 Summer Street in Boston, MA 02210. The venue is fully accessible. All attendees are required to enter through the North Lobby where registration will be located. We will have accessible check-in desks, which you can access by entering any registration line.
Q: Are shuttles provided? Will there be an area for ADA pickup and dropoff at the MCEC?
A: There is no transportation provided by UNBOUND to/from the airport or to/from the MCEC each day. There will be no shuttle service between the airport and the MCEC. For our attendees with accessibility needs, each day we are offering pre-scheduled transportation to the venue from our hotel block, however, you must submit this request by the August 14, 2026 deadline.
Q: Where are the elevators located?
A: We have denoted all elevators on our event map, which can be accessed by downloading the UNBOUND mobile app (available for download August). If you have any questions onsite, please ask any help staff in UNBOUND shirts who will be able to point you in the right direction.
Q. Will printed materials be provided?
A: We will have a print copy of the map at Registration & Mobile App Support in the North Lobby of the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. Come by and take a look if you have any questions!
